Join us to make 10 meals in less than 2 hours. We will walk you through the recipe prep and process to demonstrate how easy & healthy wholesome meals can be to prepare. Upon registration we will provide you with a small grocery list that you will purchase and bring with you to class, Parks & Recreation in collaboration with St. Luke’s Elmore will provide the meat, dairy and pantry staples. You will leave the class with 5 double recipe meals totaling 10 meals.
